Hi,

At my workplace I always wearing walking trousers (size 12) and recently those got too small but fortunately discovered a bigger size in my wardrobe, so I've been wearing those. Sadly, these are getting a bit small in the belly area too.

I'm only 16 weeks so not sure whether to just keep buying a bigger size up or buy maternity walking trousers. The issue is that I've only discovered one brand that have maternity fit and are £50!

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try looking at 2nd hand online, you can often pick up some of the expensive brands for a lot less that way.

I’d buy maternity. I was in maternity trousers by 16 weeks but then the same ones fit all my pregnancy, I only put on 2 stone. They’re cut different to just getting bigger ones.
