Nausea at 6 weeks

I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant after 4 recurrent miscarriages. This will hopefully be my first child. I’m on a high dose of progesterone so I’m not sure if it’s that or just good old “morning sickness” brushing my teeth is an absolute nightmare and I feel sick pretty much all morning and evening. I’m retching a lot too and worried about straining my stomach. Any tips on how to help? Even drinking water is making me feel sick

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I felt like this and tried to power through, by week 8 I was miserable and went to the GP who gave me a prescription that is safe for mum and baby. Honestly I would just go ask for help. I couldn't function at work or eat a balanced diet, ginger supplements abs the acupressure bands took the edge off but really the only thing that worked was drugs

Mints helped,

avoiding hot drinks and food massively helped , I loved foods that cooled down quickly

ginger never helped, or ginger tea

the pressure bands didn't do much

it was a rough 7 weeks of it but seems like ages ago now .
