Pregnancy friendly SPF?

Hello all - with the sun coming out to play today I'm in need of a pregnancy friendly SPF. I've got oily / combination skin so also hoping for something that won't cause me to break out. Any tips? Thank you!

What do you normally use? Use that

I always use nivea suncream. Doesn't stain our clothes and has been fine for the kids when they had infant eczema. Had no problems through pregnancy with any SPF creams though so sticking with your usual should be fine.

Didn't know there was such a thing. I just used/use the standard!

Why would you need a different one I don't understand?

Following! I too wondered if we can use normal suncream as there are lots of things online saying you should avoid chemical sun screams and get mineral ones (which are basically non existent). But if everyone else just uses normal suncream I will too :) didn’t know if it was a big deal or not x

Spent ages researching this, as am also pregnant and prone to breakouts. On the fence as to whether mineral is truly necessary as no clear data about chemical (my medical DP scoffs at the “endocrine disruptor” issues raised with chemical due to lack of evidence). However I still bought Blue Lizard mineral sunscreen, a bit pricey but can also be used in baby when they arrive. Make me feel like I’m erring on the side of caution Smile I found this website really helpful for buying skincare although it’s US based www.15minutebeauty.com/pregnancy-safe-sunscreens.html
