Severe Oligohydramnios at 15 weeks

4 days ago I noticed a loss of brown liquid, and today after having a scan I've been told I have severe oligohydramnios at 15 weeks, with just a small amniotic pool seen measuring 13mm. We've been told the baby has a very poor chance, since it needs the fluid to help develop its lungs, and needs the fluid to move and therefore would have growth problems and deformity. Although from what they can see at the moment, the baby seems fine (lack of fluid makes scanning very difficult). They've discussed the possibility of discontinuing with the pregnancy with us. I was just wondering if anyone else has been in a similar position? We're struggling with what to do, I don't want to end the pregnancy if there is a chance the baby could survive, but unsure if that's even possible.

Are there specialists that can help, maybe replace the fluid?
