Headache/sinus pain

Hi all.

Anyone else suffered from headaches/sinus problems whilst pregnant?

I've had one every night since Saturday but it's just come on again. Antihistamines aren't helping neither is paracetamol. I've drank 1.5ltr today so I'm hydrated

It's going between my nose, behind the eyes and the middle of my head. My throat hurts a bit when this comes on too?. It's sounding hayfever like but antihistamines aren't easing it and obv can't take ibuprofen or naproxen being pregnant

I suffered with this at 16 weeks and then again at 23 weeks. Both times it lasted for a week or 2 then just disappeared. I even went to the dentist thinking I had toothache but I didn’t . Think its just one of those weird pregnancy symptoms . The only thing that helped slightly were the cooling strips for your head x

Look up pregnancy rhinitis.

I had terrible headaches and constant congestion but it has eased off a bit now, 18+1wk atm.

Thank you! Yes so frustrating, I keep trying to crack my neck feeling like it'll give some relief! I will give the cool patches a go. Thank you, here's hoping!!
