Hello ladies,
I am currently week 26 in my first pregnancy.
I’ll be honest, I’ve been pretty rubbish with exercising during the last 6 months. A combination of being completely exhausted all the time and feeling generally unmotivated/little bit depressed during lockdown.
As my due date is getting closer and closer, I’m kicking myself that I didn’t start exercising earlier as I’m feeling so unfit. What I’m particularly worried about is my pelvic floor especially as I keep reading about prolapses and vaginal tearing and incontinence 
Personally I find pelvic floor exercises really hard. Does anyone have any tips or recommendations of gadgets or tools to use? Any online video recommendations? Any advice than can be shared would be really really appreciated. Thank you!
