How to stop sleeping on your back?!

I’m 28 weeks and keep finding myself waking up on my back. I do roll over as soon as I realise, but I worry about how long I am spending asleep in that position. I had a full body pillow but it really hurt my neck and didn’t stop me from rolling onto my back in my sleep. Any suggestions?

Pop some pillows just behind you. Even then if you roll over, you won't be flat on your back

Tie something hard to the middle of your back, like a golf ball. Make a sort of backwards bra with elastic Grin
Technically that would work, but I like SnooperTrooper's suggestion better!

Put your hair in a low bun! Make it really secure with a few hair bands. Sounds really silly and I thought it would never work but it was revolutionary for me!
