Bleeding at 12 weeks pregnant

So I am 12 weeks pregnant tomorrow, but I have started to bleed a bit today, just when I wipe.

I bled in my first pregnancy right up to 16 weeks but haven't had any in this pregnancy so was alarmed to see blood when I've come so far without it.

Nuchal scan isn't until next week. I have booked a private scan in tomorrow as the EPU have said to just monitor the bleed and it's unlikely I'll need to go in unless the bleeding gets worse.

I am reassured about them not rushing me in, like I say it's only when I wipe but I'm petrified it is going to get worse.

I guess I just need some good news really. Has anyone else just randomly started to bleed at 12 weeks pregnant and all be ok?

I’m on my third pregnancy and in previous 2 I never had any bleeding. But with this one I got some random spotting for a couple of days at 14 weeks. They did give me a scan and said everything was fine and they couldn’t see any reason for it. It was just a bit of spotting and went away after a couple of days. I’m 20 wks now and haven’t had anything else so far.

Most of the times I've had bleeding after implantation it was an early sign of miscarriage.
My last term pregnancy with twins I had a little spotting at 9wk but that was due to 3 year old kicking me when swimming and it stopped pretty quickly. Twins are 6 now.
This pregnancy I had spotting at 14wk which was terrifying (follows 2 mc's), I'd had my dating scan and all looked fine. The spotting was brown and light pink but stopped after a day, it was less than 24 hours after sex so I put it down to cervix sensitivity. I've had a private scan since and baby was fine. Been off sex since.

Hey. I started at 10 and I’m now 14. They can offer no explanation. I keep having to go in and out. I don’t have an answer but I’m trying to stay optimistic. Really hope you’re ok and the private scan goes ok x

I've just had a thought at my 6 and 8 week early pregnancy scans (private scans) the midwife noticed I had a cyst on my ovaries. I'm wondering if this has maybe burst now and caused a bleed?

I am 24 weeks today. I had constant spotting to about to about 16 weeks and one red bleed with a clot, they have now attributed to a fibroid. Nothing since xx

I can't offer much reassurance but I'm in a similar situation. I'm 11+3 and started bleeding yesterday. First only when I wipe, then a little on a pad as well. All dark red/brown. I also have back ache so my GP booked me in for a scan at the EPU tomorrow.
Fingers crossed we both get reassurance tomorrow!
