Sorry for the grossness ladies but looking for some opinions on what this is! Leave now if you are squeamish!
I had a stretch and sweep yesterday and have had on and off lower back pain today. Was 1-2cm dilated before the sweep.
Just been to the loo and wiped and saw this... has the consistency of snot is the only way I can describe it. No blood though.
