Normal early pregnancy symptoms?

Hi! I know there are a LOT of threads on this but hoping someone can help! We are TTC - first time. I am about 13 dpo. Over the past 3 days my boobs have been very sore, feel more solid and heavy. Normally before AF I get slightly sore boobs for a day but this is noticeably different. AF due tomorrow or Monday and today I got some yellowy CM. I often get old blood before AF but usually a different colour. Also feeling slightly nauseas usually around lunchtime for past 3 days. I’m also waking up really early every morning (5am). I don’t want to do a test until I’m actually late. I’m aware that all these symptoms could be just pms but just would like some views as to whether these sound like early pregnancy symptoms/anyone had similar experience? Thank you!

It's very hard to differentiate between pregnancy symptoms and ovulation and period symptoms.
They are all hormone based and can create the same symptoms

In case anyone reads this thread - they were pregnancy symptoms and my 8 week old dd is lying in her Moses basket next to me! :)

They could easily be early pregnancy symptoms but it's amazing how bodies can play tricks on you when TTC! Only one way to find out and that's to do a test.
