Hi guys! Sorry for coming back and annoying you all🙈 I am 5+5 weeks pregnant and my whole body just feels rotten, my stomach feels really heavy, bloated and crampy. Is this normal? Tia xx

absolutely no help whatsoever but ive been feeling exactly the same. cramps that feel like period pains and just feeling bloated and just not very well in general, im really interested in any replies as I'm 5+6 so not far ahead of you at all. xxxx

Hormones slow down your digestive system so yes it's normal, try increasing your water and fibre intake.
Perfectly normal to feel rotten in general a bit like when you're coming down with an illness, vitamins and napping help. It gets better eventually then you get new joys of pregnancy. Good luck

Welcome to the weird world of pregnancy.

Almost everything is probably normal, although the nhs has a good list or reasons why you would want to get checked over. Feeling rotten and miserable is not on the list.

See your gp if lack of poo cause serious pain as they'll prescribe (safe) meds to soften things up.
