nauseous all the time but not actually sick

i'm 6 + 3 and for about a week i've been feeling nauseous all day, no more in the morning than any other time... it's not awful just inconvenient and i struggle to go in the kitchen where the smells are! i haven't yet been sick! 🤞🏽 with my first i was only feeling sick in the morning not all day! any advice? xSmile

I had exactly this. My advice is rest as much as you can, find things that sooth the sickness such as ginger, lemon, mints etc and just be kind to yourself.

I had an awful six weeks with all day nausea and some sickness. I just had to listen to my body and rest when needed. I feel like I'm coming out the other side now and things are easing thankfully!!

I had the same and had acupuncture to ease it.

See your GP for anti emetic medication. Sorry you're feeling grotty.

Yep I had the same. Only occasionally being sick. Sometimes running to the toilet and retching but not actually vomiting. Would often wish I could vomit to relieve the nausea.

Eat little and often. I was similar.
