instructions needed for Didymos sling

hi can anyone help me please, I cant find the box of instructions that came with my sling my friend sent me the german photogragh ones that she had but i can't work it out desperately need English version does anyone have them?

Also u-tube has several videos on wrapping which are easy to follow.
