Stretch Marks in Second Pregnancy

Hi.

I was just wondering what your experiences have been with stretch marks in your second or more pregnancies. I had loads with my first, towards the end.

I am just wondering if I should make peace with the fact that they may be worse this time. I am definitely bigger than I was at the same point last time.

Ps. I am not overly worried or anything, there are far more import things to stress about. I am just intrigued.

I only really got big fat ones under the bump with our 1st, she was an average 7lb 7oz.
She was followed by our son who was 10lb 12oz and had polyhydramnios so I was covered in stretch marks after that. I was much bigger than him with our 4th & 5th (twins) so now have a huge saggy belly of excess skin. Even when I got quite slim I had a jelly belly, filled it out with fat and growing another baby now.

I had loads in first pregnancy but no extras in my second!

I'm 36 weeks now with my second and I've got maybe 3 or 4 new stretch marks and thats it! Last time I looked like id been mauled by a bear but almost nothing this time, and skin doesn't have that stretched itchy feeling either!
