Does anyone else just start crying randomly
Was just putting together a bouncer and just starting crying as one of the parts wouldn’t fit properly

I've luckily not had mood swings during the pregnancy, and there have been only two crying incidents, both of which was random.

One, my brother said something I didn't like (nothing harsh, inappropriate, etc, just during a conversation he said something I disagreed with). I couldn't stop crying all morning.

The other one was a few days. There was an email a colleague sent which wasn't what I asked for it to say...I burst out crying right after...

It happens!

Yes! I'm 27 weeks with baby number 2 abs I've been fine up until this week then suddenly feel like I've been hit by a bus and emotionally frazzled! Not helped with a toddler behaving like a terror! I'm waiting till he's in bed tonight to have a shower and a good cry! Xx

This is baby number 3... wouldn't say I had mood swings the first two times but this one is ridiculous.

I'm 22 weeks and it started almost straight away. Worst in the evenings, just have an uncontrollable urge to weep. Cry over everything. Worry about everything. And get very very irritable by about 4pm (tiredness).

It has actually started to ease up this last week or so (ironically after my 20 week scan where they found a potential complication). Not sure if thats the hormones easing up or just the fact that I now have a real problem to focus on and if I let the worry of it take over then I wouldn't get out of bed.

Its totally normal (albeit different for every person and every pregnancy). And I generally find a good cry leaves me feeling better. But if you find yourself feeling especially low and feel that you need help then please ask for it.

Cried when I burnt a bagel. It was the last one 😢. Hormones

Was on a really important zoom call and started crying the second I remembered that morning an app said my baby had teeth.
Cry about everything right now....c'est la vie!
