i am on mitrazapine 30mg and have been for about two years now me and my partner have been trying to get pregnant for over a year now with no reason why it shouldnt be happening i have tried concive plus lube clearblue ovulation tracker and seven seas trying for a baby tablets i have children already and didnt need to do any of this with them the only difference i can see is the fact im on these ad has anyone else sucsesfully fell pregnant on mitrazapine

Hey, I am 12 weeks pregnant and take mirtazapine. I take 15mg. While TTC I took 30mg mirtazapine and 100mg. I started tapering off when we found out and now just on 15mg. Undecided whether to come off it as my mental health is shaky at the minute. It took us 2 years to get a BFP, conceived naturally after failed IVF. We were classed as unexplained infertility. I have low ovarian reserve for my age so I have no idea if that is why but our fertility clinic didn't indicate my meds were to blame. I know some mental health meds can affect prolactin which can affect ovulation, I don't think mirtazapine does and my tests showed I was ovulating x
