Shettles method any truth in it ?

Opk’s negative am and pm up until CD13 am and PM, back to negative CD14 am. I haven’t temped so assuming I ovulated CD14 I’m now 3DPO. I did have ovulation pains CD12 late evening.
DTD every day until CD16 so obviously wasn’t following the shettles method. But by doing what I’ve done what am I liable to get girl or boy if there’s any truth in the shettles method.

Well I'm unsure if there's solid evidence for it but it worked for me. But tbh I was happy for any sex for baby no 2 :) just did shettles for fun really, not because I thoroughly believed in it x

No it's all garbage. If it were true, ivf babies would all be boys (not including icsi, of course).
