How soon after losing your mucus plug did you go into labour? I’m 37 weeks today and just lost mine! Thanks in advance šŸ™‚

With dd, a couple hours (was 40+2). It was tonnes all in one go.

Currently exactly 37 weeks too and have lost a few small pieces... loads of braxton hicks for the past few weeks too. Still think I'm going over my due date though.

Losing plug doesn't necessarily mean imminent labour, unless accompanied by pink/red bleeding with the mucus as it's a sign your cervix is dillating.

@physicskate thanks for replying! Mine was all in one go too! Having Braxton Hicks but no pain!

Started losing mine on the Sunday evening, slow labour all day Monday/still had plug coming away, then full blown labour Tuesday morning and baby arrived Tuesday night ļæ¼Smile

Good luck @Grace2296 Grin and just for the record, we all love a live birth thread...

In my past 2 pregnancies, I lost mine at 36 weeks in one and 37 weeks in another. And still went to almost 42 weeks

@SnooperTrooper12345 I’m hoping baby doesn’t keep us waiting this long! šŸ˜‚

@BabyBooDueNov21 thank you!! I will be sure to update the thread with any developments haha!
