Hi, for the last day I have had this strange tightening at the bottom of my bump. My bump goes rock hard and it's not sore I'm just aware that it happens. If I change position my bump goes back to being normal. Any ideas what this is?it happened about 4 times the other day and about the same today. im waiting on the midwife calling me by thought I would ask on here. I'm currently 23 weeks
