20 week scan

Went for my 20 week scan a few days ago and all is well, decided to know what we were having other than baby being awkward and had it’s legs crossed, was told she was sure it was a little girl, how often do they get it wrong, just can’t get to grips with ‘she’s sure’ lol, I’m happy with boy or girl as long as there healthy, just wondering :)

Honestly I don't know but from what I can tell it's more likely at that stage that they think it's a girl and it is actually a boy being shy than the other way. Ours was definitely a boy if that makes sense.

My first baby I was told it was a girl t all my scans and growth scans until 36 weeks where they said actually, looks like a boy.
I now have a 7 year old boy.

It isn't that often it happens. However, it does.

It's very rare they say boy and its a girl, a lot more common the other way around.
