Resting heart rate dropping?

Has anyone ever noticed testing heart rate dropping as a sign of misscarriage?

I'm 9+3 today and my heart rate was low 70s the past 2 days, and then checking my watch just now it's showing at 56 which is lowest I've seen it.

Anyone else had this and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy?

Also may be worth noting I use an Apple Watch to monitor this

My heartrate was a bit all over the place in first trimester of all 3 PG (2 losses). Sometimes it was higher than normal and sometimes lower. I didn't see a pattern in the 2 I lost compared to the 1 that has carried on. In particular I'd had an elevated heartrate early on which seemed to drop back to normal when I MC both times but the same thing happened in this PG and I am now 36 weeks. My heartrate has now risen again in 3rd trimester.

Mine dropped in the first trimester, I turned the monitor part off as I got super stressed by it. I currently have an almost 7 week old asleep on me. Hope your pregnancy goes well x

Thanks both :) I'm hoping it's just my anxiety taking over as I had a healthy scan at 8 weeks and now just waiting for a date for my 12 week scan! X
