UTI during 2ww?

Has anyone else suffered with what feels like a uti during their 2ww?

I had my urine dipped on Tuesday and it came back clear, they gave me some tablets to take for a few days, it seemed to calm down and then it’s come back again today - which very weirdly only lasted a few hours?

Just a constant urgency to pee but when I go it’s just a dribble!

Not really painful just an irritating feeling really!?
I’ve never suffered like this and had a urine dip come back clear for infection? Normally if I feel like this it comes back showing an infection??
I’ve also been drinking a lot of water everyday!
AF is due in 4 days!

Me we had this but wonder if you get a positive if it’s a hormone change? I definitely had something similar but more around 8 weeks and then again later in my pregnancy. If it’s clear then definitely not a uti like mine and more an annoying feeling.

I would say get an early test but I know they aren’t for everyone. I shall keep my fingers crossed for 4/5 days away
