12 week scan after mmc

In June I had a miscarriage at 6 week, I had bleeding etc and was able to process it throughout time. However I got pregnant pretty quickly and in November at my 12 week apointment I had a missed miscarriage , baby had stopped growing at 8+4.
I got pregnant and conceived on Xmas day and tomorrow is my 12 week scan. I had a viability scan at my NHS hospital at 10 weeks and found twins healthy however I'm still terrified of no heartbeat. I'm finding nothing is helping my anxiety

I had a mmc and currently waiting for my 12 weeks scan (next week) so I totally understand the anxiety. On Friday I had to go to finish work early because I just got overwhelmed by the worry. Having a healthy 10 week scan is fantastic and I think you just need to focus on that. Everything is in your favour that you will have a great 12 week scan now. Have you tried any meditation? That helps me

Hi @nicole2398 sorry for your losses.

I was the same as my 12 week scan neared in this pregnancy due to MMC. I found the day really tough. If you haven’t been in yet, let them know how you’re feeling as then, they’ll ensure they find baby and heartbeat as quickly as possible.

Congrats on your healthy twins! I'm 10 weeks pregnant after a missed misscarrige at almost 13 weeks and I'm so nervous for my dating scan. Got my booking appointment today so i should get my scan date soon! X
