Sorry tmi (I am not the poo troll and I've tried to write it in a way to make you laugh) but...

Argh!!! I cannot poo!!!!

This is my third pregnancy so thought I would be used to it by now - but haven't been for three days and have just spend an hour sat on the toilet with what can only be described as a watermelon stuck up my bottom - I really need to go, try and try and try and nothing happens!

It's worse than being in labour!

Please keep your fingers crossed for me to be able to go soon!!! :)

Sorry again for tmi!

Fybogel. Safe to take daily (or when needed) during pregnancy.
Good luck!

Try a glycerine suppository if it gets too bad. I had to do this a few weeks ago (actually had to use two Blush ) but it made the world of difference and set everything on track again!

It's awful isn't it!!

I would guess you might be past this point but have you tried raising your legs up in a squat position? Maybe rest your feet on a bathroom bin or something. I've found it helps as it out the bowel in a more natural position.

Pregnancy is a barrel of laughs isn't it?!? NOT!!

Lactulose works for me, safe when PG and doesn't taste nearly as disgusting as fybogel x

A daily glass of prune juice works well too, It doesn’t taste that nice but it got me through my pregnancy!
