Week 6 Bleeding

I am so so worried, I am now 6 weeks +3 days pregnant. Since 5 weeks and 1 day I have been spotting on and off, started with brown and now turned red and now it seems to be every time I wipe. I'm not filling a pad or anything but there is blood there every time I wipe and I'm wiping very often. I don't have any pain.

I also don't have any pregnancy symptoms, this is my second baby and I was sick from approx week 6-10 on my first. I rang my consultant when I first noticed it and she said to just wait and see, nothing can be done now. I have a scan booked in for week 10 but I'm hoping to get an earlier one but I'm just very very anxious I won't even make this.

If anyone has any experience and advice please please let me know.

Really sorry you have this.
I had this for 2 weeks from 4+2-6+2, drips into the toilet and when I wiped, it was either light pink, dark red or brown. It didn’t fill my pad either apart from a few spots. It was all the time and then mainly when I had my first morning wee.

I also had it following that every 4/5 days until week 9ish and then also for a few days around week 11+3ish. I had several scans and everything has been ok on them so far. I am now 13+2 and expect it will come back.

In the scans they couldn’t see any reason for the bleeds so I assume it was hormonal.

Thanks so much, I'm hoping and praying for a positive outcome I just keep coming back to the negatives of blood, no symptoms!!! I also keep doing pregnancy tests which are positive but I know, pointless 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have also not really had a huge amount of symptoms! I am sure around that sort of time in my pregnancy anything I had was minimal. Do you have to wait until 10 weeks to have the scan? I had a scan at around 6+1 and they found the heartbeat but I do think that may be early. I reckon call the EPU and explain, I did and they scanned me once they thought I was after 6 weeks

Thank you, I had my second set of bloods done today and will have to get results tomorrow but I think the writing is on the wall as the midwife actually said "how many weeks WERE you" and then was a bit confused when I said I was worried! Bleeding has gotten a whole lot heavier though, bright red and clotting! I'll know for definite tomorrow but I know already really that it just can't be good
