Reoccurring water infections driving me mad!

I’ve had water infection after water infection starting from 6 weeks. I’m now nearly 10 weeks pregnant and on my third lot of antibiotics Sad I’ve been given amoxicillin, nitrofurantoin and now cefalexin. I had one uti during my first pregnancy with my son and that was at 38 weeks, I do have them often anyway but nothing ever like this! I’ve obviously been worrying to death about the baby and all sorts (I have had 2 miscarriages before). The doctor thinks it’s a reoccurring infection rather than the same one, if that makes sense. I’m just sick to death of taking antibiotics and worrying. I get about a weeks break from them while my sample is sent to the lab and then I’m back on them again. I’ve not even got any symptoms apart from some days I’m weeing more frequently. I drink so much water (don’t think I could stomach cranberry juice at the minute 🤢) Has anyone else ever experienced this during pregnancy? If so, please tell me it went away sooner rather than later?! Thank you x
