Is time off for NCT and antenatal classes a legal right?

I'm looking forward to my NCT classes next year (even if hubby isn't [smile}.
I work in the evenings and I just wondered if having time off for antenatal classes is a legal right, or is it just time off for appointments that's covered?
Thanks!
