Acute pain in lower right of bump - 36 weeks pg. Help, what's up?

Hi everyone - I've got a pretty acute pain in the right side of my bump. It doesn't go away, have had it for over an hour now. Don't think I've pulled a muscle, can't think its wind. Baby is still moving. Anybody any ideas?

Just noticed you posted this yesterday, and no-one answered. Has the pain gone? If it hasn't, and you haven't already done so, speak to your mw.
