Implant removal 5 weeks ago. Am I pregnant?

Hello.

I decided to have my implanon removed to try for baby no.2, I had it removed 5 weeks ago, I had a period just before removal and then I’ve had a period 1 week after removal. My cycle before and during implant was always 28days, I know the implanon can stop periods but mine were still regular. I’m now a week late with my peroid. Has anyone been lucky enough to get pregnant straight away? Or is it more likely that my body is just adjusting to the change in hormones?

You could be is the simplest answer. You have the possibility of becoming pregnant as soon as the implant is removed. The only way to know is to take a test

I know and I will do a test. Just wasn’t sure if it may be just my cycle getting used to not having the implant. Was asking if anyone had any similar experience.. 👍

I had my implant removed 20th Aug and was pregnant by the end of October and had no period in between. It made dating
fun lol but it's not out of the question you could be

Had my implant out end of august, conceived first week in October. Can’t remember if I had a period or not (was 2015) but I didn’t get periods at all when I had it in. You very well could be pregnant

Hi I’m not sure if this is still trending but I ovulated 2 weeks ago and haven’t got a peroid since September, I started bleeding 3 days ago only pinkish but now it’s like a bright red I done a test and it said negative but I’m convinced I’m pregnant what will I do

You are probably better starting your own thread.

But with kindness, if you have bled and you have a negative test, it's highly unlikely you're pregnant.

Best way is to track using basal body temping and ovulation sticks.
