Breasts leaking?!

I'm 29 weeks pregnant and have noticed my boobs/nipples have started to leak! Sometimes it comes through my tops if I'm not wearing a bra...🤣 Please tell me this is normal and doesn't mean my baby is coming early!?

Completely normal, it's Colostrum I think when you get to 37+ weeks ish you massage them and you can collect it in a syringe for whenever the baby is ill or you're unable to feed. Golden Milk I think people call it

Totally normal! It will be collustum which is the liquid gold we produce before breastmilk. It's all part of your breasts gearing up for breastfeeding. You can actually start collecting some of it in syringes in case you have issues with feeding in the first few days and need to use it to feed your baby. They do advise not to hand express until 37 weeks though in case the sensation brings on labour. But the natural leakage is fine.
