Breech baby

I’m currently 36 weeks with my 3rd baby. First two were very straightforward easy deliveries. This baby is breech. I’ve tried spinning babies, moxibustion, acupuncture and a failed ecv. Just wondering if anybody’s baby turned by themselves after a failed ecv or if I should just give up hope! Now torn between attempting a breech birth or having a section.

I'd go down the cesarean route with a breech. Good luck either way.

I had the lower of my twins turn breech between 32&36wk, they don't attempt to turn twins but did say I could go natural if she turned on her own which she didn't. I was terrified of cesarean but it was actually a really calm procedure and I felt pretty well after. I may opt for another this time as I have big babies and scar rupture is a worry, will see what my consultant thinks before deciding though.

I only know a few friends and my auntie who attempted breech vaginal birth. Didnt go great with any of them tbh. I'd go csection too.
You do have a little more time so hopefully baby turns for you
