Is it for normal for pregnancy symptoms to come and go such gas a nausea?

Is it also for normal to get lower back pain and cramps at 7weeks pregnant.

i've had a early scan that's shows a small

subchorionic haematoma/bleed i have had spotting.

i’m asking as i’ve had a previous miscarriage and termination of pregnancy due to fetal abnormality

Can someone pls help me i can't stop worrying .

Completely normal.
Normal for them to go completely and not return too!

Penny2020 · 26/02/2021 22:17

Completely normal. I had mild nausea twice in the first three months and other than that I wouldn’t have known I was pregnant. Every woman is different, I know it’s hard to do but try to relax

I was the same, it is worrying, but also as others have said normal.

Oh OP, the amount of stress and worry I've had about this in the last 12 weeks 🙈 mine come and go ALL the time. Some days I have to remind myself that I'm pregnant, other days I have to scoop myself up off the toilet floor at work. It's bizarre.
I have my 12 week scan on Tuesday and I have a small bump now, so I'm hoping everything is OK. Please try not to worry. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't have spent all those early weeks stressing about every little twinge/symptom. I wish I could do it again without the anxiety. I'm determined to not worry throughout this whole pregnancy! Keep positive ❤❤

Hi Ladies!
Nice to meet you - I’m 7weeks and today noticed some brown discharge when I wiped and a reduction in both my nausea and breast tenderness (even size of my biggest breast) 😬
I’m worrying!
The EPU is closed at the weekend - always the way - so I’ll see what they say on Monday.
Anyone else had brown discharge and everything been ok? X

I'm on my 5weeks and 5 days, my boobs were sore this morning as I got up. Took a warm shower and now they feel completely fine. Is this okay?
