12 week scan! Need another pair of eyes!

Hello!
I had my 12 week scan today and I’m measuring 13 weeks exactly, they couldn’t do any DS screening because baby wouldn’t lie on their back no matter how much we tried to move them! So she couldn’t look at the neck and have to go back in 3 weeks for bloods but I just wanted to know that my scan looks okay, the lady said everything looks good but I just worry anyways! Thank you!

I’d trust the opinion of a trained medical professional over some random people on the internet but that’s just me!

As above - medical professionals have lots of experience and wouldn't tell you all was well unless it was.

Hey op, i had the same problem with measurements. I had the blood test for down syndrome and it came back low (1 in 19000). My 20 week scan was also fine. Apparently it's quite common not to get the measurements at the 12 week scan. My baby wouldn't stop moving and I am quite fat which I'm sure also didn't help!

Relax I'm surr baby's fine, the anomoly scan is much more in depth and should reassure you.

@Itsjustaride8w737 thank you for the reassurance! Just wanted a little insight so I thought I would post on here as maybe some other people (like yourself) have been through it too!
Yeah I’m looking forward to my 20 weeks! Only 7 more to go haha.

I'd much rather believe the trained person doing the ultrasound over people on the Internet. They know what they're looking for.
