I am upset but I'm dealing with it. It's upto my baby when he/she wants to come out...I felt like my depression was coming back on my due date...but I'm just taking each day as it comes...

I'm currently 35 weeks with number 2. I'm in much better shape now than I was at this point with pregnancy number 1 because I can still walk!!

Dd arrived at 40+5. Awful. Had four sweeps and a very long latent/ prodromal/ early labour with no sleep. And we knew exact dates because she was ivf.

This one, I think they've got the dates wrong. Because it was physically impossible for me to conceive until about 4 days after they say I did. So they're going to class me as 'more' pregnant than I am.

To cope with going overdue this time, I've been telling everyone I'm due mid April - which is when I'm 42 weeks according to 'my' dates. Nhs has me due 31 March. Mid April is when I'm getting my head round things happening, anything earlier would simply be a bonus!

@GrallaceandWomit

I was fine about that but what did annoy me was the constant “have you had baby yet?” messages from every man and his dog!
This is why I’m not messaging SIL even though she’s now 41+2. I got really annoyed with the constant comments from people and DD1 was born at 40+5 and DD2 was born at 40+2. How so many people managed to message me in just a few days I don’t know!

OP, I know how frustrating it is to go overdue but it will be over soon.
