Hello everyone.
We’ve had quite a shock; AF was 2 weeks late and yesterday I got my first positive after 4 negatives.
Was on the pill and took it religiously so it’s definitely a big surprise.
Is anyone else pregnant with 3, 4, 5....? And would like to have a support board during pregnant?
I’m not quite sure how I feel yet, it doesn’t quite feel real.
We have DD 8, DS3 & DS1.
According to nhs calculator, going from the date of my last period I’m due 20th October and I’m 6+1.
Youngest will be 2 in August.

Me!! Baby number 4 here.

Have 3dc 10, 9 and 7 so pretty big gap. My dc are from my previous marriage.

This will be my first with my partner and his first child so very exciting.

We were ttc for 16 months to get here (I’m much older now which played a big part), and had 4 miscarriages over the last 12 months. But currently 9+4 weeks and things are going ok so far 🤞🏻 And will be due around 26th September although I will deliver early by section.

Congrats!!!

Congratulations ladies. Good luck for healthy pregnancies.

We had a shock 4th pregnancy from failed contraception, it gave us our almost 6yr old twins. 15+2wk with number 6 atm, this one follows 2 mc's. At the stage where I feel occasional movement but still worry a lot, get to see baby in 9 days on a private scan.

THATbasicSNOWFLAKE · 25/02/2021 09:39

#6 here!

Our youngest three are similar ages to yours op - 1, 4 and 7, then we have 11 and 13

21+4!

FuckyouBrennan · 25/02/2021 10:58

Congratulations ladies and thank you all for commenting!!
It’s definitely exciting, I’m starting to feel more positive less panicked as the day goes on!! Will you all find out the sex or have a surprise?

Moominmiss · 25/02/2021 11:22

@FuckyouBrennan I will be having a SAFE nipt test done in a couple of weeks and will opt to find out the sex so should know in a few weeks!

THATbasicSNOWFLAKE · 25/02/2021 11:24

We found out the sex, no patience!

FuckyouBrennan · 25/02/2021 11:38

So exciting! We’re going to have a surprise! What are you having this time @THATbasicSNOWFLAKE and what do you already have?

THATbasicSNOWFLAKE · 25/02/2021 11:49

We have B B G B B and are having another Boy (poor dd)

Chelyanne · 25/02/2021 11:51

That's part of our private scan, we found out with all the others too. Hubby is hoping for a boy as we only have one atm.

THATbasicSNOWFLAKE · 25/02/2021 12:00

You have the opposite to us then @Chelyanne

Chelyanne · 25/02/2021 12:07

@THATbasicSNOWFLAKE Yeah, our boy was our 2nd though. I think most people expected us to stop at 2 with one of each lol

BurningBenches · 25/02/2021 12:12

Nearly 25wks with number 5 here, others are GGGB and this is almost certainly another girl, though sonographer wasn't certain (I know it's never 100% but this was the least confident)

I have 20, 11, nearly 10 and my youngest will also be 2 in August.

iPhonie · 25/02/2021 12:15

Im due my third soon, I want a fourth! My husband said he’s too old so it’s probably a pipe dream.

I’m an only child so love a big family, I have B B B so imagine I would have another boy but it would be lovely to have a girl with three big brothers!

Does anyone feel like they are looked down on for having 3+ kids? It’s probably my own insecurities but I feel like people judge. Not sure why I feel like that.

I worry about going from 2 to 3 but 1 to 2 was so hard that I reckon with them both in school now, it’ll be a breeze Grin (wishful thinking)

Good luck everyone Flowers

Chelyanne · 25/02/2021 12:23

@iPhonie oh yeah, people are judgy in general so sod what they think.
I was once followed around a shop by a security guard when I had all 5 kids in tow, lots of kids must make me look like a criminal lol.
Where I live there are quite a lot of larger families though so we kinda fit in, my dad is the eldest of 9 too.

Skymum82 · 25/02/2021 12:43

I'm having a very surprising 4th baby although still feel something will go wrong. I'm about 9 weeks but not to sure.
I have pcos and had to have help to have my other 3, so the fact we were using contraception and not ttc, also had a Scan last year and my ovaries were big and bulky and covered in cysts 🤦🏼‍♀️. So it's a major surprise. I can't wait for my scan as can't believe there is a baby in there and just thinking the worse.
I'm very worried what people with think, esp as all 3 have a autism and learning difficulty diagnosis 🤦🏼‍♀️. Youngest was diagnosed a week before I found out I was pregnant. My two older children go to a special need school.
Mine are 10, 8 and 5. Will be 11, 9 and 6 when baby here so a massive gap compared to the other three.

stairway · 25/02/2021 13:44

I’m having no 4 in May. Boy no 3 for me. I’m going to try and re use everything! Hoping to buy very little this time. How is every doing with cars? We have a 4 seater Zafira. It’s small for a 4 seater but I’d never be able to drive a tank anyway. I’m not sure how a pram will fit tbh. We might have to make do with a sling and then get a cabin friendly pushchair at 6 months. House is a bit too small as well.

stairway · 25/02/2021 13:46

That should say 7 seater.

FuckyouBrennan · 25/02/2021 13:47

My eldest son (3) has autism too.

We have a spare bedroom so house is fine but I’m going to need a bigger car! I’m gutted because I love my car 😂 but it’s only a 5 seater, luckily my boys are still young so I still have a pram that can be both double and single and I’ve got a baby car seat too that my eldest boy doesn’t use now.

Very big surprise number 5 for me (7, if you include my partners 2) massive shock! My youngest is 10 so this is just feels bloody insane to be honest!

Skymum82 · 25/02/2021 13:54

Car issue is a pain 🤦🏼‍♀️.
We have a zafira tourer (which is a tiny bit smaller than a zafira due to the shape). However still a 7 seater but no boot room. Second car in a mini which I used for school runs for youngest as others get a taxi to school. Again the boot room is going to be a issue 🤦🏼‍♀️. 3 bed house too, although have a massive garden which all 3 love as it's like a park. Hoping to build a big summer house for the kids.
Fuckyoubrennan aww bless, I'm just worried people will think how irresponsible 🤦🏼‍♀️.

Chelyanne · 25/02/2021 14:05

@FuckyouBrennan @stairway
we had to change cars when we had our twins. We'd had our vectra for 9.5 years and we'd have kept it if we could afford it, yes I loved that car it served us well and some bugger went and wrote it off. We have a Ford S max titanium, I love this car even more! So much we are looking at multimac carseats to turn it in to an 8 seater. It is huge but an absolute dream to drive and I have no problems parking or maneuvering it around. Always makes me laugh when I go through gaps and people in smaller cars stop for the same gap. Boot is only suitable for a stroller with all seats up though, like a van with all seats folded down, we fit our kids ikea bunk beds in it lol.

FuckyouBrennan · 25/02/2021 14:23

I really have no idea what car I’m going to get that can fit 3 car seats, a pram and either bikes when we go out for the day or luggage when we go on holiday! Need to start looking!

BurningBenches · 25/02/2021 14:40

We had a galaxy when the older 3 were younger but have managed with a 5 seater until now. We will need to get a bigger one now though.
