Cramping 12weeks +5

I got my scan this morning but scared after getting woke up at 2am by period like cramps they lasted about 30mins and then I was able to sleep again woke up and having mildy cramping on and off , anyone have this , I'm pretty nervous about my scan because of it this morning

It all sounds normal to me.

Cramping is normal throughout pregnancy and for me at least came and went throughout 1st and 2nd trimesters. Everything is growing and it's normal for muscles to be stretching which feels like cramps - especially early on when the area that's stretching is low down. At least you have your scan today so you can be reassured that everything is fine. I hope it goes well.
