I'm 19 wks and had this on and off all the way through (in addition to other morning sickness Joy's), but now seems to be getting more frequent.
I start off with a pressure headache, pressure then also moves to the chest with loads of burps. Only feel relief after a poo. Seems to last 2 - 3 days duration, then I'll have a couple of days off. It always happens in a set order and I'm pretty sure it all linked to digestion.
Apart from adding more fibre into my diet - can anyone suggest other ways to improve digestion and relieve pressure. Vitamins/laxatives that are safe in pregnancy. I'm not super constipated, just not doing no.2 with the same form and frequency (sorry for tmi).
Any advice welcome
