Surgery scars stretching with bump

Hi All
Just hoping for some advice. Approaching 13 weeks in my second pregnancy and getting to have a bit of a muffin-top bump. My first pregnancy last year unfortunately was ectopic and I had to have surgery to remove.
Unfortunately the scars from the surgery are very close now to my bump and starting to get quite uncomfortable as they stretch. Wondered if anyone else was in this situation and if anyone has thoughts what I could apply over the area to hopefully make things a bit more comfortable as I know it’s only going to get worse!!!
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

I have several scars on my abdomen from several surgeries, all of which are on different parts of my bump

Tbh they shouldn’t be uncomfortable as they stretch. My scars have become itchy sometimes as my bump has gone bigger, but that’s it. I keep my bump moisturised which helps with the itchiness.

Maybe mention it to your midwife? I wouldn’t think there’s anything wrong with it, but mention it in case they can give you a cream or something to help.

It's a long time since I had a pregnancy bump, but I had scars from a burst appendix and peritonitis, (so surgical scar and two drain hole scars). They did bother me during pregnancy and moisturisers made no difference. Years later though I needed a hysterectomy and my abdomen was riddled with adhesions, which I think was what was causing the pain during pregnancy. It didn't affect the baby at all though, just made things uncomfy. I'd try the moisturiser and see if it works.
