Achy feeling in back

Since the beginning of pregnancy I've had an on and off aching lower back which feels very similar to the start of my period. I get that feel like I'm about to come on.

It comes and goes but I'm 22weeks now and still get it. Never had any bleeding or scary pains.

Does/did anyone else get this?

Hi op, im currently expecting dc6 and always suffer a lot with my back. It has been worse than usual this time which i recently read could be to do with the fact my placenta is anterior, is yours?

Have you tried a support belt to take some of the weight of your bump?

I've had this with all pregnancies.
Pretty much all the way through them all.
