Ouch- 3yrold ds kicked me in tum

My 3yr old was on a tantrum earlier and managed to kick me in stomach twice. Since then ive been sick twice. No bruising or anything, just feels really tender. My lower back is hurting too. Im 26wks gone. Should i make an appointment with midwife in morn?

When DC#2 did this to me when I was pregnant with DS#3 i rang my MW unit straight away (it was a weekend.) They asked me to come straight in to be checked over. Everything was fine and there was no problems. Can you ring the M/W unit for advice?

I think it would be a good idea to phone youre m/w just to be on the safe side( if its only for youre reassurance).Many m/w;s and gp's are very understanding and helpfull regarding situations like yours, does youre 3yr old also understand the reason why this behaviour is unacceptable,as many siblings find themselves feeling a little jelious or pushed out by the fact that 'mummy' is having a baby
