Placenta moved but only 30mm

My placenta is low lying but today at my 37 week scan it has moved 3cm away... I still feel a bit nervous that that's not by very much.. They said I have a consultant ringing me on Monday to say what they want to do... Anyone had this?

The minimum is 2cm so 3cm is pretty good.

Where did it move from?

Complete or just low lying?

They usually want it 20mm from the cervix by 36 weeks to consider a vaginal birth. This is the key part.

It was covering before apprently so now is nearly 30mm away... Just wanted it to be alot more because I worry about bleeding.. But she said it all depends on the consultant

30mm is plenty.
2cm is the minimum

It'll probably move a bit more before birth too
