I'm currently 4+2, my 4th pregnancy after 3 early losses. Since yesterday afternoon I've had a lower back ache, it's not really painful but it's very much noticeable and uncomfortable. I had the tiniest bit of spotting yesterday afternoon also, was EWCM with a slight brown tinge but nothing since. I'm also very bloated and have trapped wind I think.
My question i guess is should I be worried? Whenever I've had a back ache in my previous losses, a big bleed has always followed shortly after. Anyone had a similar experience and it's been fine?
