im just over 7mths with my second baby. I have a 3 yo toddler, husband away etc so im always feeling worn out. Ive just recovered from a cough and sore throat a few weeks ago but still had a little bit of a lingering cough but it was clearing and now im coming down with a cold-could this be linked with iron levels? I have been eating well and going bed early no later then 10pm.

It could be (when were your levels last checked? If not for a while could be worth getting them checked again) but more likely down to just being 7 months pregnant with a 3 year old and a husband away (which is also going to be my situation at the start of next year, oh joy, and I'm feeling exhausted enough already...).

I think you are just generally tired with carrying around a 7month bump, running after a toddler and your husband being away.

Try to rest as much as you can honey x

It could be linked to iron levels, did you have them checked at 28 weeks? I have felt pretty exhausted all through this pg and put it down to having 2 DCs to run after and a DH often working. At 28 weeks they discovered I was anaemic but when I looked back at my 12 week bloods I was borderline anaemic then.
Unless you are actually anaemic when you have bloods taken they don't seem to give you anything so might be worth checking what your actual levels are if you have your result forms.

"im just over 7mths with my second baby. I have a 3 yo toddler" That's probably your answer You don't get as much rest time with subsequent pregnancies as you did with your first, it's hard.
