11 Weeks Red Blood when Wiping.

Hello, just wondering if anyone has experience this and had a good outcome.

I am 11 weeks today and when I wiped after going to the toilet I had some bright red blood not a lot but enough that I noticed it. Since then I haven't had anymore bleeding but of course will keep checking over the next couple of days.

I had a scan the day before which showed baby with heart beat but I just can't help but wonder if its all gone wrong in such a short space of time?
