Am now 38 weeks preg but on a number of occasions over the past couple of weeks I've had to be sick in the eves just to be able to breathe (if that makes sense). I don't feel nauseous (sp!) but can't stop it all coming up. I'm thinking it's just because of the size of this baby that the food is just sitting in my chest in the eves. Anyone else had this? Should I talk to my midwife again? When I first mentioned it she said not to worry and take gaviscon.

I had this with dd, I was told it was a combination of acid heartburn and the baby pressing on my organs, to be honest this is hat I had thought, but to me it just seemed strange that the doc couldn't help me with this any more than recomending Gaviscon.
