Yep. Had that with all 3 PG (2MC, now 34 weeks with the third). They were all identical to start with and that included some interesting bowel activity! Obviously not necessarily a sign one way or the other... fingers crossed for you.

No you're not out, why would an upset stomach and loss of appetite mean that?
