My daughter has just turned one years old. I have found out I am pregnant with baby number two! I’m currently 30lbs over weight from overeating during pregnancy and emotional eating due to lockdown.

I had started to loose weight and have now found out I am pregnant. I want to stick to a workout plan and eating cleaner as I want to avoid gestational diabetes. This is not about body image or looking good so please don’t assume that. This is from a health point of view as I do not want my child or myself to be at higher risk because of my food choices. Any genuine help and advice would be grateful

You can follow plans like slimming world or weight watchers, aim for maintaining weight rather than losing if you do.
Tbh though you just need to eat good quality food and limit treaty things for a healthy pregnancy with minimal weight gain. Exercise wise... it's fine to continue what you were doing before with a few alterations. The breathlessness test is good make sure intensity is not to high, you should be able to talk during/after exercise. I have continued powerlifting, had to reduce the weight I use and stopped doing paused reps but still managing to do some good lifts. Was tough with nausea early on though.
