Hi!
I’m back again with another thread as I’m just at my whits end and just feel like crying all the time (sounds dramatic I know just don’t know what to do).
I posted about having the awful itchy skin the other day, I rang 111 and they sent me to a&e to get blood tests just incase it was a liver problem. It came back that it’s nothing to do with my liver (thank goodness) but my white blood cells are high so there is possible infection going on but the DR more or less told me to keep an eye on the itching and that as it.
I’m still itching but I’ve put some cream on and wearing baggy clothing so doing my best, the only thing though what infection do I have? I asked and he said he wasn’t sure? So I don’t know what to do! I keep getting recurring boils under my right arm, not in the arm put but more further down, my discharge is still green/yellow, doesn’t smell good at all after being told I don’t have thrush too, I’m just really worried and scared that I have some infection that’s not being treated and everyone knows infections in pregnancy is a big warning sign and possible complications with baby (touch wood that’s not the case).
But I just feel really deflated and I just want answers but I don’t seem to be getting at the moment, what do I do? I’m just scared...

Also forgot to mention that I’m still getting lower stomach pain too at the moment it’s like sharp shooting pains! I’m also 12 weeks today.

Could it be shingles? That's usually painful to begin with but would lead to itchy boil-like blistery rash on one side. If it's shingles then NHS website says no harm to baby.

No I don’t think it’s shingles, there’s no rash or anything just really itchy skin, the DR did take a look and didn’t really mention anything and didn’t give me much answers at all, I was asking all the questions but he was either quiet or would just simply say he wasn’t sure, I asked what infection is there for the white blood cell count to be raised and once again said he wasn’t sure, I just feel like I may have had this infection for ages now and it’s just done damage, I’m honestly petrified at the moment
