Anyone taken lactulose when pregnant?

I was told to take 10ml twice a day since Monday but realised the gp never told me how long to take it for! I’m guessing as long as I need it but don’t know whether to ring the gp on Monday to check? Or maybe the pharmacy?

It's fine to take as long as needed. It is one of the simplest medicines to take whilst pregnant

yes, it was fine. Preferred the prune juice tbh!

Lactulose can be bought over the counter, theres no real limit on how long your allowed to take it for. My young son took it for well over a year its one of the mildest ways to treat constipation.
