Itchy Nipples!

So I’m 6 weeks along, my nipples are super sensitive and so itchy! Any suggestions on soothing them? I was thinking about cooling pads, are they any good?

I was the same. I changed to non scented shower gel etc and moisturised a lot with sensitive products and it passed in a couple of weeks.

I had this, my skin was quite dry too.
I found palmers cocoa butter really helped ease it.

I’ve had the same whilst I’ve been pregnant, so dry and itchy! I got some nipple balm from My Expert Midwife, works wonders!

I had this,oh it was awful! I used E45 itch relief, sorted it out completely.

I've had this throughout, they got crusty and flaky from 16 weeks too so I've been using lansinoh every day... Now 25 weeks and dreading what they'll be like when milk comes in

I’ve had this, I’ve found putting vaseline on them morning and night had been helping
